Circulou is formed by a network of collaborators: they are artists, national and international producers from different areas, promoting, together, diverse and magical cultural activities. The program, spread across 10 areas within the Festival, is full of performances, shows and interactivity
in an atmosphere that inspires creativity and freedom of expression!
